Pro-Acc Consultants established in 1997, focusing on small to medium business at the time. Core functions were accounting and secretarial services offered to businesses who don’t have internal capacity to run a set of accounting records.
We are conveniently situated in Phoenix to assist the various businesses in and around the area. We do however travel to outlying clients.
Initially clients focused on were in a thirty kilometre radius and client lists grew steadily. The professional service delivery meant that no advertising was necessary. Clients chatted with each other and the practice grew. The concept has caught on and the practice now boasts many an established clients and various sectors of business.
We offer a full range of services to manufacturing, retail, wholesale, service, hospitality, restaurant and medical businesses. Our trained staffs are both friendly and helpful, thus ensuring a smooth transmission from the business person concerned to his accounting records as required.
We offer a pick and drop service to clients that don’t or cannot make time to hand over accounting source documents and also undertake to deliver or ensure client payments are receipted at SARS or other statutory bodies. This includes VAT, Income Taxes, Company Taxes, Pay as You Earn, Unemployment Insurance Fund, Workman’s Compensation to name a few. We regularly represent our clients at SARS in general correspondence as well a dispute resolutions in normal and audit situations.
One of our core functions is setting up new enterprises and offering advice on statutory requirements for each registered client. We assisted hundreds of satisfied clients to date and thereafter our in house secretarial department assists in ensuring the returns of submission are timeously submitted, thus ensuring no nasty experiences with the law are encountered.
